About the API:
Our Planets Info API provides detailed information about the 8 planets in our solar system. This includes well-known planets like Earth and Mars, as well as smaller planets like Mercury and Pluto.
To use the API, simply make a GET request with the name of the desired planet. The API will then return a detailed profile of the planet, including its brightness, and distance from the sun.
Our Planets Info API is a valuable resource for astronomy enthusiasts, educators, and anyone interested in learning more about our solar system. It's easy to use and can be integrated into any app or website. Try it out today and explore the wonders of the cosmos.
What this API receives and what your API provides (input/output)?
Pass the name of the star that you want to fetch information from. Receive its brightness, distance from Earth, constellation, ascension, declination, and spectral class.
Besides API call limitations per month, there are no other limitations.
Get information of the star of your choice by passing its name.

The Stars Info API returns detailed information about stars, including their brightness, distance from Earth, constellation, right ascension, declination, and spectral class.
The key fields in the response data include "name," "constellation," "right_ascension," "declination," "apparent_magnitude," "absolute_magnitude," "distance_light_year," and "spectral_class."
The response data is structured as a JSON array of objects, where each object contains key-value pairs representing the star's attributes, such as its name and brightness.
The API provides information on star brightness (apparent and absolute magnitude), distance from Earth (in light years), constellation, and spectral classification, among other details.
Users can customize their requests by specifying the name of the star they wish to query in the GET request, allowing for targeted information retrieval.
The data is sourced from astronomical databases and research, ensuring that the information provided is accurate and reliable for educational and informational purposes.
Typical use cases include educational apps, astronomy websites, interactive learning tools, and virtual reality experiences that explore stars and constellations.
Users can utilize the returned data to display star information in applications, create educational content, or enhance user engagement in astronomy-related projects by integrating star facts and details.
